Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the admissions office in the recruitment process by helping with personalized campus visits, campus events, and office work.
IV. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Personalized Campus Visits and Campus Events
○ Guide campus tours
○ Walk prospective students to meetings and class visits
○ Eat lunch with prospects
○ Speak at events on a student panel
○ Play games with prospects

○ Potentially be JW Scout at events ○ Other duties as assigned.
● Office Work
○ Data entry
○ Assist with event preparation and post-event work
○ Write postcards, prepare mailings, make external phone calls to prospects regarding topics such as event invites and student stage-related conversations
○ Cover the front desk, including answering incoming phone calls, as needed ○ Other duties as assigned.
