Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
FTE: 0.9
Setting: Long-Term Care / Short-Stay Rehabilitation
Schedule: Based on facility needs
Education: ADN or BSN
Salary: Based on applicable nursing union scale
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents and provide individualized nursing care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Follow established clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- ADN or BSN required.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Wound-care experience preferred.
Additional Details
- Patient population: Long-term care & short-stay rehabilitation
- Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs.
- EMR documentation experience required.
