Machine Operator/Press Operator – Manufacturing

Canton, NC | Full-Time | Weekly Pay + Benefits

Shifts:
1st shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7:30pm
Pay $20.50 per hour
 
2nd shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7pm - 7:30am
Pay $20.50 +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $22.50

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts according to work instructions
  • Operate production equipment and labeling scan guns
  • Record production, quality, and scrap information accurately
  • Maintain production and quality standards
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or leads
  • Follow all company safety, environmental, and workplace procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
