OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

CHHN provides in-home, skilled and unskilled services to seniors, older adults, and those who are disabled.

• Execute and carryout patient's goals as specified by OT
• Provide effective treatments that help improve patients motion and mobility
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
• Document patient progress and care services

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license (required)
• 1+ years of OTA experience 
• Knowledge of EMR systems, MS Office and comfortable working with computers and mobile devices
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• A heart for providing the best care to our community
