What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC) in Ohio
• Experience in working with Medicare Clients
• Strong commitment to client care and growth
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology

• Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth platforms and in person sessions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to guide therapy
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work culture

✅ Education & Licensure

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing
• Prior experience with telehealth preferred but not required

✅ Experience & Competencies

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling experience
• Comfortable working with older adults and the life-change progression
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client engagement
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems

✅ Preferred

• Experience with diverse client populations and settings
• Training in trauma-informed care and/or mindfulness practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
