Treasury Middle Office Analyst
Serve as a key control and oversight function within Treasury, ensuring the accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and foreign exchange activities. Responsible for maintaining accurate investigating reconciliations exceptions, supporting treasury reporting, and strengthening controls to mitigate financial and operational risks. Partner with Front Office, Back Office, and reconciliations teams to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and uphold strong governance and risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reconciliations, payment controls, transaction processing, and settlement activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports, and support treasury accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and treasury policies while mitigating operational and fraud risks.
- Collaborate with Reconciliations Teams, Treasury Front and Back Offices and key stakeholders to support efficient operations and continuous process improvement.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting in line with established service levels, including but not limited to reconciliations research.
What will you bring to the role?
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3+ years of treasury, Reconciliations, or related industry experience.
Familiarity with cash management, foreign exchange (FX), money market, and investment products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), and Outlook; experience with Treasury Management Systems preferred. Knowledge of databases, Power BI, and VBA/Macros is a plus.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues independently related to reconciliations.
Results driven: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate, timely exception resolutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is USD $60,000 - $70,000.
