Qualifications:

At least 16 years of age
Prior experience working with children ages 3 - 5.
Knowledge of various sports and how to teach each on a very basic level
Ability to maintain the interests of young children, by thinking ahead and moving quickly during transitions
High-energy and initiative is a MUST
