Job Description:

Salary: Up to $80,000

Summary:

This role involves strategizing, overseeing, and orchestrating work activities and resources to ensure the manufacturing of products aligns with specified cost, quality, and quantity standards.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

路 Manages the production activities of the shop floor.

路 Supervises all production operations such as machining, processing, and assembly.

路 Reviews processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.

路 Reviews operations reports and confers with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises production staff supervisors and/or group leaders.

Education and/or Experience:

Applicants should have a bachelor鈥檚 degree in a related technical field and at least six years of progressive manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. They need a strong understanding of electrical/electronic manufacturing processes, quality control, cost management, and effective use of the SAP system, particularly in shop floor control, production planning, and inventory control. Familiarity with operations management concepts and safety requirements is also essential.

Language Skills:

Possessing exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, candidates for this position demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Their strength lies in fostering meaningful connections and effectively conveying information through articulate verbal expression and well-crafted written communication.
