About the Role

We are one of the busiest repossession companies in Southwest Florida, scanning over 1.4 million license plates per month. We are looking for a motivated Camera Car Driver (LPR Operator) to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced, independent role where you will operate a company-equipped vehicle with license plate recognition (LPR) technology to locate vehicles for repossession.

What You’ll Do

Drive assigned routes using a company camera car equipped with LPR technology
Scan and identify vehicles flagged for repossession
Safely and accurately confirm vehicle hits
Update accounts and notes using company software
Communicate with dispatch and recovery agents
Work mostly night shifts (prime time for repossession work)

✅ Requirements

Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Ability to work nights, weekends, and independently
Strong attention to detail and awareness
Comfortable using technology (tablets/apps)
Self-motivated and reliable

Preferred (Not Required)

Prior repo, towing, or LPR experience
Military, security, or law enforcement background
Knowledge of local areas (Lee/Collier County)
