Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Installation Coordinator to support our Fort Myers operation, managing scheduling, job documentation, and installation team performance tracking across 5 installation crews.

This role is critical to keeping operations running efficiently—from preparing job packets and coordinating schedules to tracking completion rates, labor performance, and payroll data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and 5 installation crews
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
  • Process completed job paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and organize upcoming job packets for installation teams
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records in CRM
  • Track and report key operational metrics, including: 
    • Job completion rates
    • Labor cost percentages
    • Installation team performance
  • Assist with payroll preparation related to installation crews
  • Order replacement parts and support warranty/service requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer or job-related issues quickly
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to customers
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth job flow
  • Follow company SOPs and maintain an organized workflow
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience handling scheduling, paperwork, or operations coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • CRM or operations system experience preferred
