Speedie Recovery of South Florida, Inc. is hiring a dependable and experienced Repossession Agent for the Fort Myers area.

We are a busy, established repossession company with consistent assignment volume throughout Southwest Florida. We need a professional agent who works safely, follows Florida law, communicates properly, and is motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Locate and safely recover assigned vehicles
• Respond promptly to LPR camera hits and dispatch instructions
• Operate a self-loading recovery truck safely
• Follow all Florida repossession and breach-of-peace requirements
• Wear and activate the company-issued body camera during every recovery
• Take complete photographs, including vehicle condition and VIN pictures
• Secure and transport recovered vehicles to the assigned lot
• Keep every assignment updated accurately in RC Mobile
• Immediately report confrontations, damage, mechanical problems, or unusual circumstances
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, management, debtors, law enforcement, and coworkers
• Inspect and maintain the assigned truck and equipment
• Complete all required documentation before ending each shift

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Florida Class “E” Recovery Agent License preferred
• Qualified Class “EE” interns may be considered, subject to sponsorship availability
• Repossession or towing experience strongly preferred
• Valid Florida driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Able to remain calm and professional during difficult situations
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
• Strong communication and decision-making skills

WHAT WE EXPECT

We need an agent who answers the phone, responds quickly, keeps RC Mobile updated, takes all required pictures, uses the body camera during every recovery, and treats company equipment responsibly.

Repeated call-outs, missed camera hits, incomplete documentation, unsafe recoveries, sleeping during a shift, or failure to communicate will not be accepted.
