We partner with equipment manufacturers, system suppliers, and industrial customers, providing experienced professionals for installation, commissioning, startup, and project execution.

For our Cape Coral, Fl office, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales & Office Administrator to support our sales activities and daily business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other customer documentation. 
  • Support sales activities by coordinating customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records. 
  • Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and business partners in the United States and Europe. 
  • Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, project documentation, and other administrative processes. 
  • Maintain customer information and sales activities within our CRM system. 
  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day business operations. 
  • Provide administrative support for project coordination and other internal departments as needed. 
Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office administration, industrial management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of vocational training and relevant work experience. 
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required; German language skills are strongly preferred. 
  • Two or more years of experience in sales support, office administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role. 
  • Experience preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other business documentation. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); experience with CRM software is preferred. 
  • A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
