What You’ll Do

·         Keep our hiring engine moving, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support hiring managers.

·         Help bring new hires on board with a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.

·         Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and licensing requirements.

·         Maintain employee records and keep everything organized and compliant.

·         Track certifications and licenses for our field technicians

·         Assist with employee changes, documentation, and HR processes.

·         Assist with safety records, OSHA logs, and workers compensation

·         Support recognition programs, team events, and engagement efforts.

·         Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.

Education & Experience 

·         1 to 3 years of administrative or HR experience. Bachelor’s degree in human resource or business preferred. 

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment

·         Strong communication skills, and comfortable working with both office staff and field technicians
