Job Profile SummaryUnder the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care LPN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Minimum Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Licensure: Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice.
Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
