SUMMARY
Responsible for the video monitoring of all vital areas within the confines of the Resort.Â

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- After training must be knowledgeable and proficient in all table games
- Monitor all table games for dealer and customer compliance with the rules of the various table games in operation.
- Monitor the activities of slot operations, cage, vault and count room.
- Monitor non-gaming areas of Mountaineer Casino ex. EDR, hallways, parking lots, barns, etc.
- Will complete typed daily logs of activities during the shift.
- Will prepare typed observation and policy violation reports
- All other duties as assigned.Â

You will report directly to the Director Surveillance then to the VP/GM.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.Â
- Working knowledge of Computers and MS Office.
- The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.Â
- You will need to be available to work all shifts.Â
- You must be at least 21 years old.Â
- Any applicant who has a family member employed by Mountaineer in a money handling assignment will not be considered for this position
- You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 2 Table Game License through the WV Lottery.Â
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary. Prior Security/Surveillance experience is helpful but not necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
You will need to be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in close proximity to fellow employees and be multi-tasked oriented. The ability to push, pull, kneel, twist, carry and lift up to 25 lbs. Â

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment and seasonal elements.Â
