Ocean View Veterinary Hospital has been caring for Cape May pets and their families for many years, offering personalized care for every patient. Our patient's health and comfort are our highest priorities. We are currently looking for the next team member of our compassionate and skillful veterinary staff. QualificationsÂ
Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant.Â
Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.Â
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Â
Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT)preferred – or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements.Â
Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures.Â
Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.Â
Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.Â
Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment.Â

Pay Range: $22.00-$27.00 based on experience
