What you'll do:
⦁ Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
⦁ Providing compassionate nursing care to patients
⦁ Administering medications and treatments
⦁ Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results
⦁ Educating patients and their families on health-related issues
⦁ Creating and maintaining accurate patient records

The Ideal Candidate:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
⦁ Valid RN license
⦁ Proven experience as a registered nurse
⦁ Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
⦁ In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (e.g., sanitation, decontamination, etc.)
⦁ Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
⦁ Compassionate and friendly demeanor
⦁ Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
⦁ Strong ethical and moral standards
⦁ BLS/CPR certification
⦁ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

-Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
-Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.
-Document patient care accurately and completely.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.
-Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
-Strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
-Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
-Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
