Role: Laboratory & Kitchen Manager

Your Impact:
- Set strategic direction for laboratory and kitchen operations and procedures
- Coordinate with outside labs ensuring testing standards are met
- Manage key processes including distillation, extraction, evaporation, formulating recipes, gummy filling/removal, maintaining equipment standards and safety.
- Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members
- Collaborate with leaders on timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards
