Lead a high-performing Ready Mix Plant! We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Supervisor to manage operations, ensure safety and quality, and guide a team of drivers and staff.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee production, delivery, and inventory to meet customer needs.
Lead, train, and develop your team.
Manage equipment, maintenance, and plant safety programs
Ensure quality control and smooth operations every day

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years ready-mix plant experience
CDL with clean driving record
IDOT Aggregate & PCC Technician Certifications (1&2)
Strong leadership and communication skills
