Plant Supervisor

Description

Lead a high-performing Ready Mix Plant! We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Supervisor to manage operations, ensure safety and quality, and guide a team of drivers and staff. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Oversee production, delivery, and inventory to meet customer needs.
• Lead, train, and develop your team. 
• Manage equipment, maintenance, and plant safety programs
• Ensure quality control and smooth operations every day

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years ready-mix plant experience 
• CDL with clean driving record
• IDOT Aggregate & PCC Technician Certifications (1&2)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
