Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to step in as a Subject Matter Expert for an enterprise-level Insider Threat Program. In this role, you will evaluate, optimize, and enhance the organization's internal threat prevention capabilities.

What you will do:

Conduct documented assessments on the utilization of existing Cyber Security tools.
Focus on internal threat prevention, protection, and detection capabilities.
Recommend, prioritize, and implement strategic technical adjustments to elevate the company's security posture.

What we expect:

Documented experience working in a large-scale Cyber Security Insider Threat Program in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
Hands-on technical experience with various Cyber Security tools, combined with senior-level risk assessment skills.
Proven, documented working experience within the EU financial/banking sector.
Fluency in English (B2B/C1 level minimum).
Important Note: Due to the nature of the banking sector, this role is subject to Security Vetting Operations, which include enhanced background checks and a security vetting interview.

Nice to have:

Recognized Cyber Security certifications or a strong educational background in the field.
Experience in Technical Documentation and Project Management.

What is offered:

Salary: Up to 135 PLN/h net + VAT.
Contract: B2B agreement (40 hours/week) with transparent working conditions.
Location: Warsaw, hybrid 4 days from office, 1 day form home
