We are currently partnering with a leading global financial institution to recruit a Client Assets Analyst to join a high-performing team within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily management of Client Money and Custody Assets across EMEA regulated entities

  • Performing control calculations and reconciliations related to client asset protection requirements

  • Coordinating with operational and control teams to ensure timely and accurate inputs into daily processes, while managing escalations where necessary

  • Supporting external audits by preparing documentation, audit evidence, and regulatory compliance deliverables

  • Partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams on client asset-related matters

  • Participating in regulatory change initiatives, commercial projects, and continuous process improvement programs

  • Supporting breach management, remediation activities, and regulatory reporting obligations

  • Contributing to the enhancement of risk management and control frameworks

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment

  • Exposure to client asset protection processes or regulatory control functions would be advantageous

  • Knowledge of FCA CASS 6 & 7 regulations is a strong plus

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, self-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
