Role Overview

As the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive product strategy and execution in a fully remote setting. You will lead the GEO and Platform Product organizations, focusing on product lifecycle management and operational excellence. This role provides a unique chance to influence the development of high-risk payment products, manage extensive product lines, and foster a product-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead GEO Product and Platform Product organizations.
Define and execute product strategy in partnership with the CEO.
Oversee and scale various product lines, including high-risk and low-risk payment products.
Manage platform product organizations and optimize roadmaps and SLAs.
Design and improve product operations and governance frameworks.
Ensure successful execution of strategic roadmap initiatives.
Drive data-driven product development and continuous innovation.

Requirements

3+ years in a senior Product Leadership role (Head of Product, VP Product, CPO, or equivalent).
Proven experience in iGaming, payments, PSPs, acquiring, and high-risk payment processing.
Strong expertise in payment flows, APMs, P2P payment systems, and crypto payments.
Track record of launching and scaling products across multiple geographies.
Experience managing large product organizations with 15+ Product Managers.
Languages: English, Russian.
Experience in fintech.
