Our client is a rapidly growing fintech company specialising in crypto payment infrastructure. They provide businesses with a full-stack solution to accept, store, send, and exchange digital assets across 50+ cryptocurrencies.

Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients within high-risk industries, ensuring seamless post-sale operations and long-term partnership growth. This role is critical in driving client performance, optimising revenue, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, while collaborating cross-functionally to support scalable and efficient payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships

  • Manage the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, integrations, and ongoing support

  • Monitor client performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, transaction volumes) and provide actionable insights

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and implement account development strategies

  • Resolve operational and technical issues efficiently, ensuring high client satisfaction

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (product, tech, compliance) to deliver tailored solutions

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the payments, fintech, or crypto industry

  • Proven track record in account management, client success, or partner management

  • Solid understanding of crypto payments, wallets, or related financial infrastructure

  • Experience working with high-risk industries is a strong advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools

  • Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)
