Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales department through the generation of regular reports, data analyses, and the preparation of required sales and operational documentation.

  • Maintain active communication and act as a key point of contact for the sales and commercial departments of the dealer network, ensuring smooth collaboration with other internal teams.

  • Support the implementation of the brand's network development plan and supervise the long-term follow-up across the entire national territory.

  • Visit dealers and promote DENZA brand awareness among dealer networks while identifying new strategic locations and market areas to expand the network.

  • Monitor business activity and conduct mandatory follow-ups on business performance compared to predefined business and feasibility plans.

  • Ensure optimal management of internal projects with strict attention to time, quality, and committed budgets.

  • Support the development of market-specific retail strategies, including the planning and rollout of new formats (e.g., pop-ups, studios, garages, etc.).

  • Collaborate regularly with the marketing department to execute short- and long-term brand strategic plans.

  • Support training initiatives for importer and dealer network employees, and manage the overall administration of support systems for internal and external users.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide management and HQ with precise information on sales performance and network KPIs.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant education in business management, data analysis, or marketing.

  • 5 years of related working experience in the automotive industry in the region (experience with premium automotive brands or a dual background in network development and sales analysis is a strong asset).

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel.

  • Solid project management skills and business acumen, including the interpretation of financial statements, sales performance metrics, dealer performance reports, and retail industry business dynamics.

  • Working experience in an automotive OEM for EU and non-EU network development or sales operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively cooperate with the dealer network and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and verbal. Knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus.

  • Experience in multiple or cross-functional roles is a plus.
