About the Brand

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end planning and execution of automotive events without agency support (product launches, test drives, dealer events, trade shows, roadshows, press events).

  • Full ownership of the event process: concept creation, budgeting, logistics, production, timelines, and on-site execution with HQ close cooperation.

  • Direct coordination of venues, suppliers, production partners, technical teams, and staff.

  • Managing event logistics including transportation,  branding, guest flow, and on-site problem solving.

  • Close cooperation with marketing, sales, PR, and dealer networks to align events with business objectives.

  • Preparation of event materials and on-site branding in line with brand guidelines.

  • Post-event reporting, cost control, and evaluation of effectiveness.

  • Actively sourcing and creating, high quality content (media, premium influencers, creators, brand partners).

  • Collaborating with media partners and external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring brand consistency and positioning across all marketing and event activities.

  • Identifying non-standard, high-end opportunities for brand presence (industry, lifestyle, business, design, and technology events).

  • Coordinating production of marketing and event materials (online and offline).

  • Monitoring performance of marketing and event initiatives and providing recommendations for further development.

  • Proven experience in direct offline media buying.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in independently organizing events from A to Z, preferably in automotive, technology, or large-scale brand environments.

  • Strong operational mindset — hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented.

  • Ability to work without agency support and manage multiple stakeholders directly.

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.

  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure during event delivery.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent English for cooperation with international teams.

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.

  • Valid driving license (category B).
