About the role:

The Warranty Specialist Passenger Cars is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class and high efficiency warranty operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify warranty reports and process warranty reimbursements according to the warranty operations management policy.

  • Collect warranty-related information, analyze data, and prepare reports.

  • Address warranty inquiries and explain policy details to service partners.

  • Inspect abnormal warranty cases, conduct regular audits, and support the continuous improvement of warranty processes.

  • Manage warranty parts, including auditing and handling parts for disposal.

  • Assist in special events, material verification, and warranty-related processes.

  • Organize and deliver on-site warranty business training sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (engineering, business, or related studies).

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience or more.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.

  • Eagerness to learn, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
