Role Overview

As an Account / Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of B2B clients after activation and guide them toward stable, secure, and scalable use of the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, fintech operations, and commercial growth. It requires someone who understands that working with money means working with precision — and that long-term retention is built on trust and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients after activation

  • Ensure a smooth and secure start: oversee first transactions and operational setup

  • Help clients structure and optimize their payment flows (accounts, cards, crypto, payouts)

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with compliance, payments, and support teams

  • Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities

  • Drive retention, increase volumes, and product adoption

  • Share client insights to improve product and processes

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B Customer Success / Account Management

  • Background in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or crypto — strong advantage

  • Solid understanding of financial operations and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage international clients independently

  • Strong communication skills in English
