We are looking for professionals who will join our marketing department for Event & ATL Manager role.

If you have proven experience in delivering ATL campaigns and large-scale event productions, have run these projects from the very beginning to the end on you own, without agency support, working directly with vendors, and are ready to move to the client side - join the BYD team!

We are looking for professionals who understand the media and event industry, know how to effectively manage complex projects and stakeholders, and have strong knowledge of the supplier and production market. Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued.

The ideal candidate combines strong execution capabilities with strategic thinking, understands how to deliver impactful brand experiences, and is confident in managing end-to-end production processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end planning and execution of automotive events without agency support, including product launches, test drives, dealer events, trade shows, roadshows, press events, and premium brand experiences.

  • Full ownership of the event lifecycle, from concept development and budgeting to logistics, production, timeline management, and flawless on-site execution, in close cooperation with HQ.

  • Leading ATL and offline marketing initiatives, including direct media buying, campaign coordination, and execution across traditional media channels.

  • Managing relationships and direct cooperation with venues, suppliers, production houses, technical teams, staffing agencies, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

  • Overseeing all event logistics, including transportation, branding implementation, guest experience, event flow, and real-time on-site issue resolution.

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, PR, and Dealer Network to ensure alignment of events and ATL activities with overall business objectives and commercial priorities.

  • Coordinating production and delivery of all events and ATL materials (online and offline), ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines and premium brand positioning.

  • Identifying non-standard opportunities for brand visibility across automotive, lifestyle, business, design, and technology environments.

  • Monitoring performance, managing budgets and cost control, preparing post-event reporting, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve future marketing effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in independently organizing events from A to Z, preferably in automotive, technology, or large-scale brand environments.

  • Proven experience in direct ATL media buying.

  • Strong operational mindset - hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented.

  • Ability to work without agency support and manage multiple stakeholders directly.

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.

  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure during event delivery.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent English for cooperation with international teams.

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.

  • Valid driving license (category B).

We offer:
  • Competitive remuneration.

  • Department & company wide teambuilding events.

  • A supportive and inclusive work environment.

  • Opportunities for career development and advancement.

  • An exciting opportunity to be part of European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and de-carbonization of the economy.
