Contract period: 15 June 2026 – 14 June 2027 (extension possible)

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain professional to support a leading global client in the FMCG sector. This role sits within the Supply Planning function and focuses on ensuring optimal product availability, efficient stock management, and strong cross-functional coordination across the market and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and communicate stock levels, supply risks, and propose mitigation actions

  • Drive supply performance across the assigned market and ensure key KPIs are met

  • Act as the Supply representative in market execution activities and planning cycles

  • Coordinate closely with demand planners, logistics, and regional planning teams

  • Consolidate and analyse short-term supply information to support availability decisions

  • Ensure adherence to standard supply chain processes and ways of working

  • Provide guidance and informal support to less experienced colleagues when required

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in supply planning and execution processes

Candidate Profile:

  • Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or related field (formal education or equivalent experience)

  • Strong operational understanding of supply planning processes

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Confident communicator in Polish and English

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

    Good to have:

  • Power BI skills
