Client Assets Analyst | Financial Services

We are currently partnering with a leading global financial institution that is looking to hire a Client Assets Analyst to join its Finance & Controls function.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, audit, risk, controls, operations, or regulatory reporting who are looking to develop their career in a highly regulated and dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting daily Client Money and Custody Asset processes across EMEA entities.

  • Performing client asset reconciliations, controls, and regulatory calculations.

  • Working closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Finance teams.

  • Assisting with regulatory compliance activities and governance processes.

  • Supporting external audits and regulatory reviews.

  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and regulatory change projects.

  • Contributing to risk management, control enhancement, and issue remediation activities.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years of experience within banking, financial services, audit, risk, controls, operations, or regulatory reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Advanced Excel skills are an advantage.

  • Knowledge of client assets, custody, reconciliations, or financial regulations would be beneficial but is not essential.
