Evaluate and assess students served in a school environment.
Develop effective treatment plans while providing quality service in collaboration with their IEP service recommendations. .
Provide re-evaluation, programmatic changes, and effectively manage a caseload.
Provide guidance and structure to occupational therapy assistant.
Maintain documentation including report of services, weekly schedule to meet therapy goals of student served.
Serve on rehabilitation treatment team, including meetings, attending conferences, departmental meetings for program development, and establishing a system of operations for team enhancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Must be licensed OT/L in state and a member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Must be able to pass DCFS background check
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Effective communication skills
A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

Physical Requirements:

Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
