  • Full Time - Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • Salary - $70,000 (negotiable)

  • Evaluate and assess students served in a school environment.
  • Develop effective treatment plans while providing quality service in collaboration with their IEP service recommendations. .  
  • Provide re-evaluation, programmatic changes, and effectively manage a caseload. 
  • Provide guidance and structure to occupational therapy assistant. 
  • Maintain documentation including report of services, weekly schedule to meet therapy goals of student served. 
  • Serve on rehabilitation treatment team, including meetings, attending conferences, departmental meetings for program development, and establishing a system of operations for team enhancement.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Must be licensed OT/L in state and a member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
  • Must be able to pass DCFS background check
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Effective communication skills
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

Physical Requirements:

Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
