Position SummaryÂ
- Responsible for supporting the daily operations of Inpatient Rehabilitation scheduling, along with administrative and clerical functions.

Role Specific Responsibilities
- Schedules Acute Rehabilitation Inpatient Therapy in ERH Snapboard.
- Deals discretely with sensitive, confidential information concerning professional affairs, personal performance of staff and confidential information concerning department and/or system affairs, information contained in minutes, letters and other documents.
- Establish, and revise filing system, classify, sort and file correspondence, records, and other documents.
- Coordinate & schedule all activities related to meetings, conferences, appointments, travel arrangements & maintain supervisor’s calendar.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, agendas, etc. Proof all typed materials, make corrections and recommended changes. Fax, photocopy and distribute material as directed.
- Sort and distribute department mail. Open, sort, review and prioritize mail. Bring priority items to supervisor’s attention.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining department budget and participates in day-to-day fiscal decisions, including Kaizen Optimizer updates.
- Maintain departmental equipment and supplies. Order supplies/materials as needed within allotted budget.
- General clerical duties
- Answering phone calls and relaying messages to appropriate staff
- Performs daily unit audits to ensure proper care and documentation of safety and quality indicators
- Assists manager with all ETO requests, responsible for approving/denying these requests in API after collaboration with Manager
- Assists with control of daily staff rosters, communicates staffing concerns with Supervisors and Manager
- Prepare “Downtime” packets and ensure current forms
- Facilitates communication between patients and families as needed
- Plans Employee Engagement celebrations, events and holidays.
Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
