Salary Range: $70-90k annually

Bonus Potential: $1,000-$1,500 paid monthly, achieved through meeting budget-related revenue and other KPIs

Job Summary: For the past 40+ years, our locally-owned business has become the Hot Tub Experts in the Roaring Fork Valley. We are the exclusive distributor of Hot Springs Spas, Caldera Spas, and Endless Pools Fitness Systems. Our goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience. Crystal River Spas is seeking a highly organized Route Supervisor to oversee route scheduling.  The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, an eye for detail, be flexible, and possess excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. As the Route Supervisor, you will work closely with the Service Manager to coordinate schedules. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise field technicians

• Complete all water maintenance and delivery scheduling to ensure efficiency

• Work closely with the service manager to coordinate scheduling of field technicians and repair technicians for optimum efficiency and safety

• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and assist with inbound phone calls, complaints, and questions

• Escalate customer issues to management

• Understand each team member’s skillset to assign them to jobs that suit their capabilities

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior managerial experience

• Must be detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt to and reprioritize based on issues that arise throughout the day and week

• Familiarity with customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel (functions and formulas)
