Social Worker (SW) - School - (SW - School)
StartDate: 8/13/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2356.94 - $2582.60
We are partnering with a well-respected School District in Carbondale, CO that is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Social Worker for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. They would prefer someone with previous School, Early Childhood, or Pediatric Experience. The schedule will be 8 Hour Days Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
Social Worker, School•Master’s degree in social work (MSW) (includes practicum and internship)
•Social Work Clinical Exam (administered by the ASWB)
•Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (CDE SSP)
•2 years post MSW supervised clinical experience
•Clear, articulate communication skills
•Ability to develop strategies and make referrals for a diverse population
•Previous school experience a plus!
•Completion of a criminal record and background check
•Colorado will allow social workers that qualify to get their temporary Educators Eligibility certification (TEE)
