IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

As a Barista you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring POS station by taking orders and assisting guests with menu recommendations, accommodations, and knowledge. 

• Crafting specialty beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and cocktails.

• Preparing grab and go food for guests by adding fresh ingredients to ready-made items, warming up sandwiches, etc.

• Maintaining cleanliness and aesthetic standards throughout the day.

• Opening and closing the café.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some food service experience required; café experience preferred

• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred

• Must be available weekends and most holidays.

• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
