The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive professional to join our team as Member Services Center Representative located in Caribou, Maine. This position will be responsible for answering telephone calls, direct all telephone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers, processing telephone transactions for members, gathering information and identify solutions for members and potential members, ability to problem-solve debit card issues, remain informed, alert and vigilant as it relates to fraud and/or scam activity, maintain member account information on computer system, and other duties as assigned.


The right candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to interact professionally which is essential for this position.
