We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to assist clients in planning and coordinating travel arrangements. In this role, you will help manage travel bookings, create itineraries, and ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, are detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and tours

Communicate with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets

Research destinations and recommend travel options and packages

Prepare and organize travel itineraries for clients

Assist clients with travel documentation and important travel information

Monitor bookings and ensure all travel details are accurate

Provide customer support before, during, and after travel

Maintain accurate client and booking records in company systems

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organization and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and handle multiple bookings

Basic computer and internet skills

Interest or passion for travel

Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
