The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Residential Services department. CPARC supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful community living.
This position plays a key role in supporting residential operations, coordinating administrative processes, maintaining records, and assisting staff, individuals, families, and outside agencies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing administrative systems and records for Residential Services
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Monitoring individual financial and benefit-related information
- Assisting with housing, maintenance, and property-related coordination
- Processing contracts, paperwork, and required documentation
- Serving as a liaison with outside agencies, representative payees, and support teams
- Supporting office operations, communication, and reception duties as needed
- Supervising and supporting the Residential Secretary
- Assisting with safety procedures and emergency response when necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative, business, or social services setting
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Administrative support or office management experience preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

This position is full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. No weekends or holidays.
