Start your day by driving your personal vehicle to your home yard, where a staged Expedited truck will be ready for you. You'll hook to a preloaded trailer or pick up a loaded trailer from a nearby shipper, scale the load, and run to a designated swap location. After completing the swap, you'll return toward your home yard (with an occasional delivery on the way), fuel the equipment, and log out to finish your shift. Home daily with a consistent, streamlined relay operation.
Expedited DRIVER PAY INCREASES
Effective July 1, 2026: +5% of the starting daily rate pay: $315 day
Effective Q4 2026: Additional +5% of the starting daily rate pay: $330 day
