We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Technicians at our Carlisle, PA facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and efficient plant operations while providing leadership, planning maintenance activities, and supporting continuous improvement.

 

Schedule:
This role requires flexibility to support multiple maintenance teams. The core schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am - 4pm with the expectation to support weekend coverage as needed. 

While teams operate across these shifts, the supervisor will maintain a 5-day workweek.

Travel for training or other plant support may be required.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and support Maintenance Technicians

  • Assign work orders and preventive maintenance tasks

  • Coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare-parts inventory

  • Partner with Reliability Engineering & Maintenance Planner to improve PM execution and standards

  • Audit maintenance work and help optimize PM programs

  • Identify obsolete equipment and assist with modernization plans

  • Use data to support project prioritization

  • Identify training needs and support skill development

  • Promote safety and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies

  • Additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred

  • 3–5 years industrial maintenance/manufacturing experience

  • Leadership experience a plus

Skills

  • Strong mechanical/technical knowledge

  • Experience with SAP/CMMS and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to read manuals, schematics, and drawings

  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to plan, budget, organize, and document maintenance work
