Physical Therapist (DPT) – Full-Time

CarePath Injury Centers is expanding and seeking a motivated, patient-focused Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our growing Carlisle, PA clinic. This is a full-time, in-person position focused exclusively on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury rehabilitation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000 – $110,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based rehabilitation for orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries
• Supervise PTAs and support staff as applicable
• Maintain timely, defensible documentation (WC/PI compliant)
• Communicate effectively with case managers, attorneys, and adjusters when required
• Collaborate with providers to ensure continuity of care

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible)
• Strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills
• Comfortable managing WC and auto injury cases
• Organized and confident in documentation
• Team-oriented with leadership mindset

Experience in Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury is preferred, but not required.
