Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at EverTrue Cumberland Cossing Senior Living in Carlisle, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

Cumberland Crossing is a beauitful Retirement Community offering  Independent Living, Assisted Living/Personal Care, Memory Support and the Care Center, which includes Long Term Care and Short Stay Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Available to work 20-24 hours per week (a Monday and/or Friday is required) - flexible hours!
  • It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
