This streamlined approach sets us apart from the rest — and it makes for a work environment that’s fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply rewarding.

Essential Functions:

The CMM Programmer / QA Inspector is responsible for setting up, programming, and calibrating CMM machines to inspect parts per specifications. Duties include performing and documenting inspections at all stages—receiving, in-process, final, and shipping—using precision measuring tools. This role supports First Article Inspections (FAIRs), nonconformance reporting (NCRs), and documentation in the ERP system. The inspector works closely with Engineering and Production, reviews and approves MRB dispositions, and contributes to corrective actions, audits (AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001), and quality improvements. Additional responsibilities include training others in measurement techniques and supporting cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates must effectively perform all essential functions. A high school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance or a related field are required, with contract manufacturing experience preferred. Candidates should be proficient in CMM setup, operation, and programming, and have knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, AS9102, and FAR–DFAR requirements. Familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures is essential. Strong English communication skills, including the ability to write clear and detailed documentation, are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required. The role demands self-motivation, attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities. Excellent customer service skills and a focus on building strong client relationships are also essential.

Compensation Range:

CMM Programmer/QA Inspector:  $33.22 - $37.11 per hour.
