Summary:
The Measurement Technician聽is responsible for the installation, maintenance, verification, and compliance of crude oil custody transfer measurement systems. This role ensures accurate hydrocarbon measurement in accordance with company standards, API/AGA guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The position requires working knowledge of ROC and OMNI flow computers, LACT units, proving procedures, and field troubleshooting.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and troubleshoot LACT units and associated measurement equipment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with API MPMS standards for custody transfer measurement
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Verify proper operation of Coriolis and PD meters
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and validate temperature, pressure, and density inputs
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Investigate and resolve measurement discrepancies
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Configure and maintain ROC800 flow computers
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Configure and maintain OMNI 6000 and OMNI 7000 systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Verify calculation parameters and meter factors
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct and document meter provings in accordance with API MPMS Chapter 4
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with federal and state measurement regulations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain required documentation for audits (BLM, state agencies, etc.)

Required Education:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or GED.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Level B requires a minimum of 2 -聽4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
Required Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, AGA, API and GPA requirements and procedures.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work independently with minimal supervision.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication skills to interface with our customer base.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong working knowledge of custody transfer systems聽

Preferred Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with ROC and OMNI flow computers聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Some college or technical trade school is preferred.
