ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESĀ 

  • Build, develop,Ā test, and support Workday integrations, including inbound, outbound, and middlewareĀ integrations.Ā 

  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations and troubleshoot productionĀ issues.Ā 

  • Partner with business teams and vendors to analyze integration requirements and resolve integration-relatedĀ issues.Ā 

  • Follow best practices for integration design, testing, environment management, and deployment, including backup and rollback procedures.Ā 

  • Lead integration testing activities, including unit testing and coordination ofĀ UAT.Ā 

  • Monitor integrations and proactively troubleshoot failures or performanceĀ issues.Ā 

  • Support Workday releases, regression testing, and deploymentĀ activities.Ā 

  • Document integration designs, technical specifications, and operationalĀ procedures.Ā 

  • Ensure integrationsĀ comply withĀ security, data privacy, and complianceĀ standards.Ā 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, security, data, and enterprise technologyĀ teams.Ā 

  • Collaborate with offshore technology teams to support issue resolution, knowledge transfer, handovers, and business continuity planning.Ā 

  • IdentifyĀ integration risks or data issues and supportĀ resolution.Ā

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Ā 

  • 3 - 4Ā years of Workday integration development experienceĀ 

  • Experience building integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday APIs, SOAP/REST services, or middlewareĀ tools.Ā 

  • Experience with OX to migrateĀ integrations.Ā 

  • Experience in monitoring and supporting integrations between Workday and internal/external vendorĀ systems.Ā 

  • Experience with Workday HCM modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or CompensationĀ 

  • Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and troubleshootingĀ integration.Ā 

  • Understanding of Workday security and integration best practicesĀ 

  • Strong collaboration and communication skillsĀ

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldĀ 

  • 3 - 4Ā years of hands-on Workday integration development experienceĀ 

  • Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-productionĀ environments.Ā 

  • Experience working in a compliant and auditable enterprise technologyĀ environment.Ā
