What You Will Be Doing

The Tour Club Assembly Technician plays a critical role in delivering the precision, quality, and performance trusted by the world’s best golfers. This hands-on position is responsible for the advanced assembly, adjustment, inspection, and preparation of tour-level golf clubs, ensuring every build meets exact specifications and the highest standards of craftsmanship. Working with specialized equipment and precision measurement tools, the Technician performs club assembly, loft and lie adjustments, cutting, buffing, gripping, quality verification, and pack out while adapting to evolving processes that support Tour player’s needs. The role also contributes to inventory management, workspace organization, and continuous operational excellence, helping ensure every club delivered to a Tour staff player performs exactly as intended.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 2 years of club building experience or 4 years of related golf club assembly experience

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

  • Basic computer skills preferred

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Comfortable working around heavy grinding, cutting, and sandblasting equipment in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain precise specifications

  • Quality-focused mindset with a dedication to craftsmanship and continuous improvement

  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail

Pay Range: $49,400.00-$61,100.00
