Order Puller

Florexpo/Kendal Floral, the largest importer of fresh-cut floral products in the United States. We are looking for experienced order pullers for the Carlsbad, CA location.

SUMMARY
 Ensures that all orders are accurately and completely pulled in a time frame which maximizes production efficiency

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pulls orders according to job order in a time frame that maximizes production efficiency.
• Shrink-wraps orders (if needed) to ensure shipment quality and integrity is maintained.
• Processes orders for delivery in a timely manner to ensure orders are ready for drivers.
• Organizes orders by route and stages them in correct location to optimize pre-load operations.
• Organizes racks to maintain efficiency and optimize space.
• Maintains proper rotation of products according to Company standards to ensure optimum quality of all products.
• Ensures working areas are clean, organized, and free of debris to provide a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

The qualified applicant has to possess:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to read, write and basic math knowledge
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35 degrees).
