Sonic Summary

The Harvest Floor Technician is responsible for the slaughter process of beef and pork, as well as the splitting of hogs as experience is gained.
Candidates are expected to work in a fast-paced team environment, trimming and washing carcasses while adhering to USDA regulations.
Physical requirements include heavy lifting of 50-100 lbs and long periods of walking and standing.
The position requires a willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed, with a standard schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The job typically requires prior experience in a similar role, and the salary is competitive based on experience.
