Description
- Valid Class A/B CDL license
- Able to be insured by Carlton Farms insurance company.
- Have a clean appearance and interact with customers daily
- Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
- Follow DOT regulations
- Understand basic shipping, receiving, temperature and returned goods logs
- Organize product and materials.
- Load trucks and deliver fresh meat products to customers
- Pull customers orders from a generated pick ticket
- Package and scan inventory of boxed products
- Verify shipments at plant and destination before delivery
- Familiar with daily vehicle inspections
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as others in a fast-paced team environment.
- Adhere to work and food safety policies se forth by the company and USDA
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the department.
Requirements
- Heavy lifting (Capable of at least 60-100 lbs
- Long periods of walking, standing and sitting
- Work in a cold environment (-34° to -°40 F) (Freezers/Refrigerators)   Â
